I contacted NW Firewood on Sept 1st, and as required, under no exceptions, pre-paid for a balance of $328.50.  I was told and assured within 1 week, my firewood would be delivered. 
Sept 6th 2016 - phone call,...

telling me delivery was on the way, it was not.
Sept 8th 2016 – phone call confirming deliverySept 9th 2016 – told truck is loaded, text message that you are on your waySept 10th 2016  – called, left voice mail, no response.Sept 11th 2016 – called, left voice mail, no response.Sept 12th 2016 – told that I would be refunded, I was not.Sept 15th 2016  – after 3 more calls, no response, left additional voice mails.Sept 20th 2016 – followed up, put stop payment on my card. Tried calling again, no reply.Next, went on Yelp, Google and other review sites to check other customer experiences, very often similar cases, payment WITHOUT delivery.  Left my own review in full:  [redacted]Sept 28th 2016 – tried calling again, no reply.
October 14th – left another voice mail about my dispute, no call back.October 14th – sent broad neighborhood communication in Woodinville , WA on the risk of fraud for a service with Great NW firewood.  October 18th – filed Revdex.com case , complaint ID [redacted]Oct 21st – received letter from my credit card company regarding my dispute and a ‘Christopher C[redacted]’ who claims I received goods.  Without any customer signature, proof of delivery, confirmation of delivery, they claim to have satisfied ‘both’ orders which is interesting given I only submitted one order.  If it is ‘resolved’ prove it to the customer?  It is pure fraud.  
 
I would like to further add to my Revdex.com case now disputing the charge and full refund (which is now under question), given the merchant has refused to get in touch with me as the customer.
