First of all, this has the wrong store listed. It is World Car Hyundai North, not World Car Hyundai South. Please make a correction to reflect that. I investigated this matter and from what I understand, everything has been taken care of. As I understand it, there were issues in regards to the...

payment for the repairs, as another warranty company was not getting back to us for payment and repairs. It took a few days during the correspondence and communicating with the warranty company that was covering his repair/replacement. As I understand it, the customer finally had to pay it and stated that he would deal with the warranty company. I apologize if there was a lack of communication during this period. Even if we do not hear or hadn't heard from the warranty company during this period, we still should have informed the customer that we were still awaiting a return call from them. It is always our intentions to remedy a situation or repair as expediently as possible and to keep the customer informed during this process. I am sorry we fell short of this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so that I can help prevent matters such as this from happening in the future.

[redacted] picked up her completed vehicle on Apr 18th. It's unfortunate that the vehicle was not to our, as well as her satisfaction when we received it from the paint shop that we hired to have the work done- on her return visit to pick it up. When we subcontract out the work, we have limited...

oversight of the repairs. An attempt to reimburse her back her money for the paint work was made, so that she could have use of the car that day but [redacted] wanted the work completed here in San Antonio. Again, we apologize for the work done by others and hope that she is satisfied with the final repairs. The overall ticket, as a gesture of goodwill, was discounted by World Car. We are sorry that this did not go the way we all would have rather it went.

One of my Sales managers from the store contacted the customer upon notice, and since then, has set an appointment to have the vehicle repaired at the customers convenience. We sincerely apologize for this matter falling through the cracks. Our customers request will be taken care of....
