Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below
Regards,
*** ***
The reason I am rejecting this response is because what they're stating is falseI have spoken to *** and told her I was faxing the documentsWhich were faxed times and never went through because she gave us a number that didn't workMy husband faxed again once again and never received a responseThis is not about harassment! I don't have time to harass anyone! This is not a parking issue on our hand because their tenants put a note on my husbands car which was attached to the original letter that was sent to the home owners estate in NevadaThey wanted pictures of these children in the act, I was months pregnant! Who is chasing childrenAlso, our neighbors across the street did call *** and she gave them the runaround as wellIn our case, it's not is harassing the it's them harassing us over street parking which I know is public parkingThey don't nor their children have respect for others propertyHousing authority has been contacted and I have the email that there working on itIf the male is on the lease then fine there is nothing we can do about that but we can address that they still harassing us over parkingThe children haven't been on the property since MayI haven't seen them since school let outI have no time to make allegationsEverything I've stated is truth.
Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:I have received your email with *** ***'s reply and rejection of my response I have included acopy of that letter for your reference. We received via email on June 27, the enclosed letter and documentationThe documentation she sent me includes a partial incident report she made on February 20, citing that approximately 4-children were looking into her window and that this was the second time*** *** states that the children are of my Tenant at *** *** ***Please note that my Tenant has three children listed on her lease agreement with us, therefore, there must have been other children involved in this incident since she told the police that there were 4-children (see attached incident report)*** *** sent me a confirmation email showing that she filed a type of report to the Fort Worth Housing AuthorityThey following five pages of the enclosure are photos *** *** sent us showing that fence pickets have been recently replaced, some lights on a grill, some type of drain in the yard in a flower bed that is missing a cover and her mailbox which is dented*** *** claims that this damage has been caused by the kids that reside at *** *** ***Once again, I don't live at the property, therefore I cannot confirm or deny that the three children that reside at *** *** *** caused damage to *** ***'s residence I have not been provided with any police reports showing that a report was filed in regards to the alleged damage. We received a voicemail from this past weekend from *** *** stating that the male occupant at *** *** *** verbally threatened them She said that the police were called and a report was filed. Since it is only Tuesday, I am sure it will take a few more days to have the report processed and available for printing out I cannot control if someone threatened someone else *** *** did what I would have done, called the police No arrests were made to my understanding.Iwill discuss again with my Tenant's to ensure that their children are kept off of *** ***'s property (which the children haven't been there since May anyway per my Tenant). My property manager, ***, has spoken to *** ***'s Landlord, *** *** with Arlington Park Realtors, in regards to the situation It was explained to him as well that we cannot control public parkingWe are trying to resolve the issuesWe both use the TAR lease agreement, and at this point the Tenant's are not in violation of their lease agreementWe are compassionate to thesituation, and are held to the confines of the lease agreement, the Texas Property Code and Fair Housing rules and laws. Please note that I do NOT own nor manage the property that *** *** lives in nor is she a Tenant of mineI only manage the duplex at *** *** ***I cannot police the parking situation I cannot police whether or not *** *** and her husband have disagreements with my Tenants or any other Tenants on that street I cannot police whether or not someone is parked in front of someone else's home on a public street or in front of their mail boxWhat I do know is that if someone is verbally threatened or damage occurs, then the Police should be calledIf someone is parking in front of someone else's mailbox, then the USPS should be contacted.I am in disagreement with *** ***'s claims and her letter against my company because *** *** is not my tenant and I have not done anything against her to validate her claim against my company.I have spoken to my attorney this morning and he is in agreement with me that I cannot control public street parking, nor can I control issues that the USPS is in control of, nor can I control if individuals have disagreements with each other This is my final reply in regards to this claim.I look forward to your reply
