On the recommendation of our contractor (whom I adore), I contacted Rob who completed a quote on redoing our gutters within a couple of days. Unlike the other folks I got quotes from, Rob had a clear "strategy" and explanation for how and why the gutters and downspouts should be installed (based on the roofs/rain flow). Better guarantee than others I got a quote from as well. There was a bit of back and forth with getting the job date set, but it was done before some planned painting work was to happen (which was the goal). Kevin and Laura did a very clean, precise job - very respectful and quick. One end of one gutter was dripping and Rob was right over to look at it (perhaps missed the sealing) and we have a plan for Kevin to fix it next week. Very pleased with the work and the service.
