Wanted to get an estimate for the replacement of a window. When the estimator arrived he didnt seem very interested in taking measurements for one replacement window. After taking the measurements and discussing 2 window styles he said he would send me a email with the estimate, 3 weeks later and no email or phone call.
Hi Cory, thanks for your message and our apologies you did not see our response including our proposal for your project. We sent it the day after our meeting (sent on Tuesday, January 22 at 12:54pm). After searching many options, we decided to purchase two doors and one window from Great Plains. Their customer service was top notch and the two installers were the best. they found a defect in one of the doors and ordered a replacement immediately. They used lots of drop cloths, ALWAYS took off their boots before entering the house even though I told them it was not necessary. They vacuumed but forgot to replace some furniture back to original location. Highly recommend.
