Mr. [redacted] originally contacted Great Resumes Fast in November of 2015 and contracted my company to create a C-l[redacted]l resume for him. Which we did and to his complete satisfaction. We finalized and closed out his project at his request in December of 2015. Mr. [redacted] then came back and asked...

for a few changes to the resume. Resume updates at this point would be a returning client resume update and we would charge for the additional service($495-595). We provided the revisions at no charge after the closeout of his project to provide exceptional service. Three months later in March 2016 Mr. [redacted] came back and wanted us to rewrite his resume for free, which we did as a courtesy. Afterwards we didn't hear from Mr. [redacted] again until January of 2017 when he came back yet again wanting a new resume at no charge. When we offered him job search coaching at no charge to help him with his job search he made threats about not getting what he wanted and going to the internet to let [redacted]ryone know. We again rewrote his resume at no charge and sent him a completely new resume ($995 value). At which point he disappeared and we didn't hear from him again until this week when he showed up saying he had two job prospects and that's why he didn't respond to us sooner. So the resume we created was getting interviews. When he came back he said his job prospects had stalled and he wanted us to make revisions to the resume we wrote in March 2017. When I told Mr. [redacted] that we had gone above and beyond our contract of services to provide him exceptional service over the past year and a half and that we could no longer offer him free services he wrote a very demeaning and threatening e-mail and stated he'd start leaving negative reviews on the internet. We've tried very hard since November of 2015 to make Mr. [redacted] happy but as a small business owner I cannot continue to offer services to a client at no charge for years on end. I would go out of business. Some clients no matter how hard you work to make them happy and no matter how much you go above and beyond they will not be happy. Unfortunately, this has been the situation with this client.  I am happy to forward his e-mails and communication between the client and us if that helps. Thank you, [redacted]
