We had Allied come out to the house to give us an estimate on our roof. The estimator was friendly enough, and after gathering four more estimates, we decided to pull the trigger and ask them when they could start. Well, here we are approximately 5 weeks out, I've called 3 times to figure out when they can start, and instead of calling back, they send my wife an email asking what color shingles we wanted because he 'didn't write it down.' My wife returned the email, again telling him the color of the shingles, and again asking when they could start. It has been two business days since that email was sent and again, we received no response. Their customer service is terrible.
