Consumer is accurate in the complaint that out company entered the order for a pick up time of 5:30pm on the requested date...

instead of a pick up time of 5:30am. Consumer did call at 5:45am that morning to check on status of arrival. Our dispatch office did respond that an error had occurred in the order entry time signifing a pick up time of 5:30pm and not at 5:30am as consumer requested. Our office did apologize and returned a call to consumer a few minutes later informing consumer our car could arrive at 6:05am if desired. Consumer did say our car not needed, a neighbor will take her to the airport. Consumer was never charged for our services but consumer did request that we have future protocol to be sure this type of error does not occur again. In response we have set up an automatic email confirmation system so consumer can review the information taken in our reservation system for accuracy which is sent to them via email after order has been entered.
