yes please have customer run a quote for us so we get an idea of what needs to be fixed

For this customerHe received exactyl what is on his sales receipthe received a copy of the sales receipt on his email for reviewwe shipped the product promptly and customer took delivery Unfortunately because we drop ship these go-karts from our supplier who is declining a return we can not accept a returnThe customer received the correct product and we do not advertise anywhere on the listing that this has a key start as the customer was expecting

These parts have been ordered from our supplier in china and will be delivered directly to the customer if customer wishes to obtain these light bulbs else where we can reimburse them for the cost of the parts

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I just returned from vacation and was able to check out the scooters The 300CC scooter appears to be fine, for now However, the 150cc scooter still has problems Not sure what quality controls are in place, but the scooter was returned with the following: Headlight high beam (of 2) is stuck on high beamThe other bulb turns on high beams when the high beam switch is turned on or when hitting the PASS button It appears there are two completely different brand/styles of head light bulbs Both are LED, but appear to be different models/brands You prematurely responded to the AG and Revdex.com before contacting me about the scooters I told you back on Nov3, that I would be out of town, but decided to have the scooters delivered anyway Though I am ok with that, the scooters (well, at least one-the 150cc) didn’t come back correctly Due to this, I can’t advise the AG and/or Revdex.com that the situation was resolveda Now that its winter, I won’t be driving the scooters until it gets warm again Which means, I can’t drive them to see if the issue (s) will reappear anytime soon I am hoping they don’t, but even after the fix, one remains unsolved Sincerely, Daniel [redacted]

Hello, For this complaint please know that we had initially shipped out the [redacted] to her address and it came back a week later as package undeliverableApparently the address did not exist in the [redacted] systemWe will have this [redacted] shipped out to the address provided in the form she filled out here

Hello, regarding this complaint, the customer requested to return the gokart because they realized it was too small for their children. Upon receipt of their request we advised that we would accept a refund no problem and pointed out our return policy. as shown on our website and their sales... receipt.Please see below:http://www. Have your child sit down and measure the distance from his rear end to the tip of his extended toes. Have him tilt his foot forward as you measure it. Compare this length to the 32 to 34.5 inches to the gas pedal shown above. Remember your child can bend his leg just as you do when driving your car.

I am only asking for the item that I purchased and was promised that you had in stockI don't know if this was meant to be a bait and switch scam or what it was but I was sold an item My money was taken from meThen the company waited days before telling me that they didn't have the item and attempted to bully me into another lessor quality item When I actually decided I would take the lessor quality item because I had already spent a great deal of money on equipment for the dirt bike I was sold I was screamed at and yelled at by the same salesman who started the whole problem When I attempted to reach out to customer service by email and created a service ticket on your website long before the refund check was cut I was ignoredI at no time did anything wrong and at no time lost my temperI even was willing to accept the item that I did not want My final issue is that the [redacted] is still for sale on the website the only thing is the price went up from the time they sold it to me and stated they didn't have any If they didn't have any why would the price have jumped $and it still be for sale Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, Jason ***
