I went up to the location to resolve the issue of my membership cancellationFrom the beginning there were many phone calls where I requested cancellationThe last call I asked to speak with a manger and the person refused, hence my long drive to resolve the issueOnce I arrived the manager was telling me all my options since we were clearly not going to resolve the money issue, I went ahead and paid what was owedAlthough I kept trying to tell her I didn't want the "g tan bucks" being offered and would rather put that money towards payment I received absolutely zero customer serviceWhile speaking with the manager, a man was sitting in the lobby talking with the other girl behind the counterI could hear the two of them laughing at me and mocking every word I said..the manager said nothing when I pointed it out since it's very disrespectfulThat was a mistake, the man then started yelling at me and and saying, "if you can't pay for your membership then don't have one, stop crying about lotions and tanning, and don't come in here causing a scene where people can hear you." The man continued to yell at me even when I told him to stay out of my businessThe manager on duty, Lindsey, did apologize for their behavior and said the man is the best friends owner..hope that doesn't make it okay for him to mistreat customersThis has never happened at any other establishment and I would never want someone to be treated that way by anyoneI am willing to give a verbal testimony if needed, please just email me and I can provide my cell number
