I have never felt so disrespected in my lifeI purchased a frig from this store about a month ago and there has been nothing but problems since then
Problem 1: my frig was $and only got financed for $which is fine so I put $downTy the guy I was dealing with did not tell me that the finance company would also take $from my bank account that same dayWhen I called him about the charge he claimed he didnt know why that he would find out and call me backHe Never called me back I had to continuously keep calling himOn one of my calls a lady awnsers the phone and when I asked to speak to ty she questioned my like a was a side chick and she was his wifeWhen I explained to her the situation she started laughingI asked her what was so funny and she got even more rudeI told her to have ** call me and hung upSo fustrared at this point I decided to call the finance company myselfThe finance company was not informed that I had put $down so they require
We bought a refrigerator from this place through finance along with a reclining love seatWe Bought the love seat home and set it up it was broken the brackets where bustedWe installed the fridge hooked it up to the water linesWe let it sit for a hrs and checked it no ice in the ice maker and the freezer was not workingSo we called them they said they would send someone to come get the love seat and their repair guy will fix the fridgeThey guy did not come or call as promised I then again had to call them again they again said someone was coming outWhen he did come out he came in personal car and had no way to take love seat back he replaced the ice maker and left and did not address the freezerSo waited again no ice no freezer called againAgain they said they where sending someoneBy this time we have had a non working fridge for a weekStill no one has called to set up pick up the recliner or fixing the fridgeCalled againSame responseSo we ended up stopping
