I am rejecting this response because:The representatives from this company are providing false statements.  Issue 1:Meagan K[redacted] absolutely knew that rodents existed in the building weeks prior to my discovery and complaint.  This fact can be proven by the audio tape of my recording of Meagan K[redacted]'s conversation with me in the Great Value Storage office.Issue 2: The paperwork given to me to file the claim include an inventory of all damages.  It was impossible to complete without going through my unit and identifying all items damaged.  My unit was a 10'x25', that was almost completely filled.  Meagan instructed me to take my time and go through my belongings in the storage unit so that I did not miss anything that was damaged. Statement 3:Canned Goods were never stored by me or any other person inside of my storage unit.  This is absolutely false information.I can clearly gather by the statements being provided in the complaint that this company Great Value Storage is not honest, and will go to any length to avoid being held liable for my damages.  I am certain that my audio evidence will clearly expose the false statements above regarding how long Meagan K[redacted] knew of the rodent issue and the fact that the company does not and will not... notify any customer...ever... if rodent or roach problems exist.  It was clearly stated in the audio, that informing tenants of problems such as this... was not their policy.   Regards,

because: (My Response to Great Value Storage) "I believe that this situation does not fall under the guidelines that you stated in your response letter.  Furthermore, the can goods were taken to the resident where we were residing and was never in the storage unit.  The traps were only offered after the damage was done.  And the recorded conversations will further support my case, that moves this issue to be a company liability as suggested by my attorney ...  and not an insurance policy issue.  I will continue this issue with further legal action at this time."Thank you[redacted]
