When I went back to 6th street tires, it was to tell the workers about my dry rotted tire in hopes of getting a new oneNo amount of screaming was exchanged between either parties, and it was definitely made clear that I had problems with my tire in a civil, informative toneFurthermore, the tire is most definitely dry-rotted, and the workers did not bother to even look at the tire before telling me and my partner that they did not do refunds of any kind. A good salesperson will always try and make things right, even if it was not their faultIn this case the business was definitely at fault, but I was only scoffed at and sent on my way.

On June 10th 2015 said customer did not approach us in a friendly inquisitive manner, but in a rude irate
screaming manner. She pid not allow anyone to inquire what the issue was, nor did she ask for a
replacement tire. Although are sales are final with used tires we do not sell dry rotted...
tires are inventory
is cycled through to get rid of older tires that are no longer usable. The complaint also mentioned that
she wouldn't have been able to travel long distance on that tire. We never recommend that any of our
customers travel long distances on used tires because that is not what there sold for we let all our
customers know that the used tires are a short term fix and that they should invest in new tires. Thank
