Great Western Flooring of Naperville

I have just ordered laminate flooring from Great Western Flooring. I have had excellent service from Matt who gave estimate who came to my house two times to help me select options. Joanna in the store was also excellent and knowledgeable about products and very patient. Very positive experience so far.

I had a great experience with Great Western Flooring. The installation was very professional and the carpet looks great. We did had a couple communication issues on the front end, but the staff rectified it and came through in the end. I would work with them again.

Kate was so helpful with everything I was looking for. The tile options were phenomenal!

I found Great Western Flooring through Costco, I was rehabbing a property and was looking for some carpet to go in my hallway. I decided to go with Great Western Flooring. The sales rep Matt Lynch came out on 11/23/2019. I selected the carpet. Matt did the paperwork and documents and full payment was submitted on 11/24/2019. Fast forward to 12/10/19, I received call from the installer at 8:19 AM informing they were in route to install the carpet. I had someone at the house waiting and they took off a day from work to meet the installers. Then I get a call from Great Western Flooring at 9:18 AM informing that the installer left because he did not feel safe in my community. This was very unprofessional and insulting. The person on the phone mention that they do business in the city all the time. Did not understand why the installer did not want to install the carpet.
I sent the sales rep Matt Lynch an email and made him aware of the situation. He sent me an email back saying that he has sent this to management for a full refund and apologize for the situation I have been placed in and said he still wanted to do business and I could get the carpet for free if I wanted to. I emailed him back agreeing to his terms. It has been 24hrs and I have not heard back. I called his phone and left a message today at 1:30 and have yet to get a call back.

We just had Great Western Flooring put in new wood floors in a living room, dining room and office. They did a great job. Tony and Tony were great to work with and did an exceptional job. The senior Tony has been doing wood floors for 20 years and was a great source for our questions. The quote we received was very fair and the quality of work exceptional. This is a great company to work with and the install guys were great to have in our home.

The installers were professional. The finished work was outstanding! They took out all the old carpet and cleaned up everything until it was spotless!

Great Western Flooring (GWF) owes me $280 because they grossly overestimated the amount of baseboard and base shoe on a flooring installation started on June 11. While their representative agreed with the reason and amount of the refund, he personally cannot resolve the matter. I have sent an email and have left a message with their customer service department, but have not received a response.
