My issues: He came lateThere was still a noticeable stain on the carpet when he was doneThe carpet was still wet the next day and then started to smell like cat urineI called him to fix the problemHe said he didn't smell anything and did not do anythingWhen I cut him a check he asked me to make it out to his name, not ChemDryFishy

I found out about Great White ChemDry thru ValPak. Apparently Great White ChemDry is not representative of all ChemDry establishments. On the ValPak coupon "ChemDry" is written in about size 20 font and is circled. Above this "Great White" is written in about size 8 font. Be sure to make this distinction! My issues:
1. He came late.
2. There was still a noticeable stain on the carpet when he was done.
3. The carpet was still wet the next day and then started to smell like cat urine.
4. I called him to fix the problem. He said he didn't smell anything and did not do anything.
5. When I cut him a check he asked me to make it out to his name, not ChemDry. Fishy.
