I paid Great White Electric a $1,deposit, but when it came time for the work to be performed, they no cashowedI reached out to them, spoke to two different people (Greg W*** and Jeff W***) and said that was not acceptable to me and that I would find another contractorI asked for a refund, they said ok they would refund my depositWeeks later I emailed about this issue and heard nothing backAfter more time went by, I called and again spoke to Greg or Jeff who told me this should have been taken care of by nowI was told I would receive a call back but never have
A very positive experienceHe answered the phone promptly, followed up with a phone call and visit the next day, before he had promised! He was willing to come in the early evening so I didn't have to miss any workThey came in, identified the problem and repaired it quicky and cleaned up wellI will be taking any electrical needs to them!
I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment I was able to get that appointment scheduled easily However, on the day of the appointment, no one ever arrived I called at 10:00am and left a voicemail on the owner's cell (listed as the business number) asking when I could expect someone to arrive I then called again around 1:00pm and 4:00pm I never received a return phone call (even three days later) Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate
It took two weeks to get a breaker box replacedThe owner was constantly rescheduling, having to leave early, and this was after he'd already started the workWhen we finally got the new box in the hole was way to large and now there's a big gaping drafty hole in my laundry roomNot only that, he 'forgot' to pull a permit on the jobSo when I had a later inspection on a different project, that approval was delayed because the electrical box that it was running from had never been inspected, or (we found out that day) labeledIt took another week to get them to pull the permit and come out and label thingsWhen we went to go fix the hole around the box we discovered that it had been installed upside downHonestly they couldn't have been more unprofessional and still leave us with power if they had triedWe've grown tired of finding more that they did incorrectly and calling them back out to fix it
