I was recommended to this company and looked very forward to meeting with them and seeing what ideas they had for a greeting card display, as I was new to all this and they said they would have ideas to share during our first meeting
I attended the first meeting and wasn't overly excited when I left but I was ok and figured they said they would come up with a great idea for a display and after all their website says " If you can imagine it we can make it" and "show case pieces to wow and impress" and "no job too big or TOO SMALL"Those statements alone are so far from the experience I had
Anyway after a bit of a struggle *** ***, I finally got a written diagram quote emailed to meI gave my ok and I thought ok we are finally off and this will be doneThe final quote was on a clear plastic tiered greeting card displayI really liked the written diagram quote I received and thought it would turn out nice
My written diagram quote I received was:
TOTAL BACK HEIGHT 8.5"
FRONT HEIGHT 3"
TOTAL WIDTH 12"
FRONT TO BACK 16"
EACH TIER DEPTH 2"
TOTAL TIER STEPS
COMPANY LOGO WAS TO BE ON THE FRONT OF THE DISPLAY
This is what I got when I picked up the display:
TOTAL BACK HEIGHT 18"
FRONT HEIGHT 3"
TOTAL WIDTH 12.5"
FRONT TO BACK 21.5"
EACH TIER DEPTH 2.5"
TOTAL TIER STEPS
NO COMPANY LOGO, I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS JUST GOING TO DO A CLEAR STICKER WITH IT PRINTED ON THAT BUT HE DIDN'T DO THAT AND NEEDED A BETTER GRAPHIC PICTURE BUT NEVER EMAILED OR CALLED TO ASK FOR A BETTER PICTURE
I didn't have the written quote with me when I went to pick up the display and if I did I would never have paid anything for the monstrosity of plastic that they called the finished productI could never use that as a point of purchase counter display as it is just way too big and would take up too much roomThey should be refunding my money I paid for it!!!!
I KNOW MANY PROFESSIONALS WHO OWN VERY LUCRATIVE BUSINESSES AND I WILL DEFINATELY STEER THEM AND ANYONE ELSE AWAY FROM PRO-FAB PLASTICS IN BRANTFORD!
