Great Wok of China

Very Disappointing! This is long overdue..I went there to celebrate mother's day with my sister and step mother along with my dad and nieceWe got there around 10:am on a Sunday after church
I came up to the door and realized that they didn't open until amMy family and I patiently waited outsideOnce they opened we were the first customers, I ordered for my family and sat outside to wait for our foodHence, we were the first cutomers and waited for minutes for our foodI realized that everyone (customers) who came after us had already gotten there food and my family and I were waiting for a long period of timeFINALLY once I came in and stated we haven't gotten our food minutes later the manager comes up and gives my step mom and niece their food but not the rest of usMINUTES PASS and still no food for my dad, sister and I
FINALLY the manager comes with only ONE plate which was my fathers and THROWS the plate down in front of him
That was the last straw, so I stated to the manager (wish I could have gotten his name) "Is there a problem?" and he walks away and turns and ROLLS HIS EYES AT US!!
I felt discriminated by this establishmentMy family and I are Mexican-Americans and Have always gone hereSo I went inside and ordered them to give me my money back and they didThe cashier was the only nice person to us he was apologizing for his manager's attitude!
I will not recommend this place to anyoneVery rude staff

Very Disappointing! This is long overdue..I went there to celebrate mother's day with my sister and step mother along with my dad and niece. We got there around 10:50 am on a Sunday after church.

I came up to the door and realized that they didn't open until 11 am. My family and I patiently waited outside. Once they opened we were the first customers, I ordered for my family and sat outside to wait for our food. Hence, we were the first cutomers and waited for 43 minutes for our food. I realized that everyone (customers) who came after us had already gotten there food and my family and I were waiting for a long period of time. FINALLY once I came in and stated we haven't gotten our food 2 minutes later the manager comes up and gives my step mom and niece their food but not the rest of us. 7 MINUTES PASS and still no food for my dad, sister and I.

FINALLY the manager comes with only ONE plate which was my fathers and THROWS the plate down in front of him.
