I purchased [redacted] worth of gift cards from this establishment in [redacted] 2014 as [redacted] gifts. With this purchase I received [redacted] of Paws cash for each [redacted] I spent. The condition was they needed to be used by 3/15, which is all well and good if you could get a vacancy before that time. It also there will be any anytime soon. I feel the bucks should be extended as it is not the fault of my family/grandkids that Great Lodge cannot accommodate the Gift Cards they sell. It appears they do not have accomodations to fill all of the bookings? I cannot get in touch with anyone that can help me I In the CS area.Desired SettlementI would like my family to be able to use the Paws Bucks when they can get a reservation. Hopefully that is in 2015?? It is a very expensive venue for the average family and these help curtail the amount my family will have to pay on top of the gift cards I purchased.
