I purchased a Candle from their Company back on 3/19/20 for $29.99. They withdrew the amount but never delivered the product. I complained to their customer service department, who advised it was on its way. 2 more months went by and still never received my product. I then advised them to just refund my money, which again they said they would do, however it is now July 4, and I have yet to receive my refund and/or product

I purchased an item with Greatendy back on feb. 2020 and it's june and I have not even recieved a tracking no. I've sent emails to get my money back. Until now I'm still waiting. Hope something can be done so this company gets to stop ripping people off

I ordered an item from this company back in February. On February 25th I received an email saying Thank you for your purchase. I sent an email on April 4th asking for a status and got a reply on April 6th saying it shipped with a tracking number. However when you click on it, it goes nowhere. I have sent 3 other emails, with no reply. I have not received a refund either.

I placed an order March 3, 2020. I emailed cust svc March 23, received a reply back that COVID was causing delays.
They charged me for the item, but despite 2 more attempts to contact them, I have not receive a reply, a credit, or the product.

I placed and order and paid for it on March 12 2020 and have not received any information about my purchase. I have email them countless times asking for either a refund or information regarding my purchase. They replied once telling me the product was on it's way and nothing more. The website now seems to be down and they are no longer replying to my emails.

I ordered a BTT To My Man Candle Holder, Order #***, on February 26th 2020. I emailed Greatendy customer service on April 9th about the product and wanting a refund if the product had not yet shipped. They responded on April 11th with this:
Thank you for contacting Greatendy. We apologize for the delayed shipment. There has been reduced air freight and courier capacity due to Coronavirus. Your order has been shipped and already on its way.
Tracking number: *** When you track this shipment, this is the message I receive:
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

I ordered an item from this company back on February 18 and contacted them several times regarding my order. I told them I wanted a refund on April 16 and on April 17 this is the response I received:

We understand and we will forward your request for the full cost to be refunded into your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
For other questions, feel free to send an email again and we’ll be happy to assist you. Stay safe and well.

I still have not received my refund.

hello, I submitted ORDER #*** for (1) wooden candle holder on 4/25/2020. my credit card was charged $25.50 for the item along with a $.76 foreign transaction fee. i've contacted the company multiple times via email. I did receive a response, twice - the exact same response, but to date, nothing else.

here's a copy of what they responded.
"Hi ***,

Thank you for contacting Greatendy. We are so sorry we have delays on shipping. Please do not worry as you will still receive the item and your order has been processed already. We are doing everything we can to find ways to send packages as quickly as possible. Delays are totally beyond our control given the current situation. Rest assured we are doing our utmost to ensure little delay as possible.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and healthy.

furthermore, I checked their website a few times in the last few days - the website is "down" and inaccessible. "www.*** is currently unavailable."

I ordered a product from them on Feb 25th and they charged my account right away. I contacted them on April 13th asking for a refund and got a response 2 days later saying it shipped already and they gave me a tracking number however the tracking number goes to nowhere. I contacted them again May 2 and have not received a response.

I ordered and paid for my item on 2/27. I have not received it. I have sent numerous emails/direct messages to them inquiring about the item. I received one response saying I would be receiving tracking information. I received a tracking #. This # after two months has no information except that the tracking number was created. I have requested a refund and have not received a refund nor a response. I continue to contact them and have gotten no responses.

I ordered and paid for my item on 2/22. I have not received it. I have sent numerous emails to them inquiring about the item. I received one response saying I would be receiving tracking information. After a month, I received a tracking #. This # after two weeks has no information. I have requested a refund four times and have not received anything.

I ordered a product 2/28/20 and I have never received. I have had no response from the alleged company other than they confirmed it was ordered. I believe this is a false company as many others have listed this has also been done to them in comments on the company *** page.

I placed an order with this company on Feb.10 with expedited shipping (5-7 days). On Feb. 28 I used their CONTACT ME info to email them asking for a refund since it was well passed the 5-7 day window and I hadn't received the package. They asked my order number and I provided. The next day (Feb.29) they provided me a tracking number. I said I did not want the order any more, which is why I requested the refund for then not meeting the requirements of the order. Their response was they could not refund or cancel it b/c it was in transit. They did not put it in transit until AFTER I requested the refund. Additionally, it is now March 12 and there is still no tracking attached to the number they provided. The phone number on their website does not work and now they are unresponsive to my request for another contact number.
