I wish I could buy more than just boats from them! I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and they over achieved in every possible way!

On May 28, 2016, I purchased a brand-new River hawk Pro walk thru from your dealership Langley BCThe Boat came with “Stress Tech” engineering and I was lead to believe “that the best boat craftsman build the best boats” The boat was sold to me with a lifetime warranty on the hullThat was the main incentive for me to buy the boat
Cracks appeared above the door after a few hours of use then less than months later the boat started leaking because the main welds in the chine had failed
The boat was taken to the factory in mid-February and spent more than days at the factory being repaired for this problem
The repair along the chine was welded in the overhead position and the appearance of the weld has significant amount of “undercut” which is a basic incorrect welding procedure
It was also clear to me at the time that the repairs to chine had not been even painted as there was burnt paint where the welding took place inside the boat
I was informed by the weld
