We are confused by this requestWe have met with this customer and told him we will take care of all but two spots (0% chance we caused those two items)

I am rejecting this response because:Mr***, when you called me on 12/30/you asked me to explain what happened on that dayI am surprised to see that nothing I shared with you was part of your submissionMr*** apparently has a very loose relationship with the truthThe last communication was exactly that...the last communicationHe told me he would call me back and never did,furthermore, he failed to return any of the messages I left on his voicemailI then called the service center and left messages for him as well as his supervisor and still not one return phone call from either of themIt would seem that if he or his supervisor were actively trying to seek a resolution, they would have taken the time to speak with me.Why didn't either of them return repeated calls from a customer? Mr*** should share a copy of his cell calls and you should check the inbound calls from the center, you will see my effortsAs far as the eyewash stations go, there are no stations visible to the public, and, apparently, Mr*** has NO relationship with the truth at all because I was NEVER offered the use of an eyewash stationWhat I was offered was a rather flippant synopsis on the safety of the solution that was sprayed in my face and how harmless it was because employees are around it all day and are constantly misted in the face and they don't have any problems with itAlthough I do not recall her name, she is the same woman on the website holding the hose while standing OUTSIDE of the tunnelI mention this because Mr*** accused me of opening my window while I was inside the tunnelHe claimed that all attendants stand in the tunnel and wear earplugsNot true I would imagine that for safety purposes and employee compliance there are cameras at the work site.Take a look at that and you will see the attendant was NOT in the tunnel when I spoke to herIt seems that your company is only willing to reimburse what they deem to be out-of-pocket expensesI am seeking reimbursements for ANY expenses related to the incident that dayBecause I was at the Dr's office so long, I was unable to pick my daughters up on time,so that should be included as wellI may have avoided being at the medical facility at all if I had not been given misinformation by your employeeI will submit via fax, receipts for daycare and the prescription and proof of my Dr's visits for the dayPlease note that after finally hearing back from Mr*** on the MSDS, this took a good portion of time, how readily available are the MSDS anyway? The Dr.had to contact poison control and then call back to speak with Mr*** to "educate" him and the staff on what to do should this occur againIn closing, this is not an issue of communication but an example of horrendous customer service and a less than lack-luster approach to dealing with the publicIt took a complaint to Revdex.com to even get a response from your company

I have not received the check yet I’d like to keep this open until I receive it I did receive a release to sign yesterday, I’ve subm back today This is the first release I’m signing for them Please keep this complaint open until the issue is resolved Thank you for your assistance with resolving the issues

We reached out on Wednesday and they did not get back in touch with usThe check was mailed on the 18th, we sent them a screenshot of the proof of check request as soon as it was approved, we have been a very communicative with them.On Wednesday we offered to cancel the previous check, and to get
one made and delivered in hours, they still did not respond to us.Obviously this is really challenging because this was a customer caused accident in our wash, yet we decided to take care of it

My customer service department as said that this has been resolvedPlease let me know if there is still an outstanding issue
