To Whom it May Concern,I would like to start off responding to this complaint by noting that Greater Boston Management Inc. is no longer located at [redacted]. It has been located at [redacted], [redacted] MA 02124 since January 2014. That is the reason for the delay in...
responding to this complaint. The residents did call regarding a mice problem at the property and had ASAP Extermination at the property 4/19/16. Since then we have not had any additional complaints from anyone in the building, not just this unit regarding the mice. The water to the property was never disconnected. There was a shut-off notice sent by Boston Water and Sewer (BWS). It is BWS’s policy to tape a copy of the shut-off notice to the property. The tenants were never asked to pay the bill and there was never any water service interruption. We will send the exterminator out to the property again to treat and will continue to treat until the problem is resolved. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.Thank you. [redacted]
