The reason I reject the response is that it was not the original...
agreement that the fee was not refundable. The agreement was he would not cash the check before speaking to us the next day at which time we would let him know if we were going forward with the application. We told him we were not. He had agreed to void the check, but cashed it anyway. He did return the fee though.

I gave them the $50 they were complaining about back So should be satisfied you said that he was okay with it That was the whole deal they wanted this application fee back but it was not refundable but I gave it back anyway
