I am rejecting this response because: Once again Mr [redacted] (owner of Greater Chicago Motors) if referencing incorrect time lines and facts. The car is advertised on Greater Chicago Motors web site as being, (this is their description online ) -"1966 mustang completely rebuild nicknamed dark pony, no expense spared in the rebuild. Calibrateing with several reputable mustang builders, over 50k has been invested into this hotrod. We took this completely restored mustang in on trade from a florida client." The above description is only a small piece of the advertisement not the complete description. Does this not give you the impression that the car is "completely rebuilt and completely restored"? These are their words not mine, unless I am miss reading the description they have posted online.His salesman said the car required nothing, I had him on the phone several times to go over the car with me as he walked around it. Mr [redacted] is tring to give you the impression that he stored the car for 6 weeks but I did not pay for the car until Dec 9 and did not receive the title for the car until Dec 22 so therefore I could not have owned the car or took position of the car until Dec22. The video that MR [redacted] sent was after the a deposit and only of the motor and the book he describes was not sent to me until Dec 27. I was at GCM to pick the car up on Jan 11 and it was not ready. It only took as few minutes to realize that Mr [redacted] was tring to pull a "fast one" as he would say. The car has no park brake system at all , no wiper system, no heater core and the frame is bent. The car will not pass a safety inspection, how can this be completely rebuilt and reconditioned?  I have a document from GCM stating "non refunable, only refundable if not as described by GCM. The car is not as Mr [redacted] discrided it, not sure why he doesn't understand this, its his document.
