I'm a manager of a large retail store in Fairfield OHBranden Dickman a supervisor and his techninician Chris are awesomeWe have a huge store with a system from the 80'sWe have had people out in the past to try to figure out what was wrong with it, they all wanted to sell us new systemsBranden and Chris got it fixed and saved the Company a ton of moneyThank you guys, you were great to work with

We had a new Air Conditioner & Furnace put in at our homeThe office staff was great with helping to set things upThe installers that came out and put our system in were very polite and professionalWonderful experience from begin to end of the projectThanks from the *** family

Explain things to you before the start working on thingsSo you know what they will be doing to your system Great company have fix your heating or air conditioning

I had been getting quotes from different companies for a new furnace and a/c systemI called Greater Comfort and talked to EdHe came out the next day to take measurementsI told him the budget that I had in mind and what I was looking for in a new systemHe sent me several different quotes and even gave me a quote on a system that I had gotten from another companyHe beat the their quote by $I must mention that he did not know what the other quote wasI finally decided on the system that I wanted and Lucas and Robert Installed itThey were polite, courteous, and knowledgeableIn addition, they kept everything clean and tidyThe job was not rushed and I was very impressed with their professionalismThere was a slight noise issue that I didn't notice until the next dayI called Ed and he sent out Robbie to address my concernsRobbie took his time and went over the entire systemHe found the source of the noise and it was fixed above and beyond my expectationsTracy who works in the office is very pleasant and sets the tone for a positive experience with Greater ComfortDealing with this company has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them

On May 4, 2017, I called Greater Comfort to make a service call to inspect the air conditioning system that they installed on July 27, at my rental house located at *** *** *** in ***, ** My tenant, *** ***, had informed my property manager, *** *** that his air conditioning was not working*** thought it might be related to the thermostat but he was not certain*** informed me of the problem and I placed the call to Greater Comfort This would be the second service call on this unit as a shroud had to be replaced on the heat pump in January of at a cost of $
A technician from Greater Comfort came out to inspect the air conditioner the same day of my call I was not certain what was done to fix the problem as I did not receive a call from the Technician I learned through *** *** that the thermostat was replaced but there was also a bad compressor There was no time frame on when that would be replaced or when *** would have ope

Chris H*** was greatHe was there to repair a very old system that the builder had put inHe came to the store, listened to everything we told him, went right to work and got it doneBefore he came it was so hot customers were leaving, After he was done the entire staff cheered Thanks Chris

I disagree with Mr [redacted]'s basis for not paying and being oblivious to his employees actions.  He is responsible and made himself so by sending others to act as his representatives.  He should know that assigning people to act on his behalf means he has given them that authority.  The...

thermostat was not operable when my technician arrived, it had to be replaced to further identify the problem.  No functions where operational when the technician arrived.  He changed the thermostat and was able to cycle the functions to determine the non functioning part.  Mr [redacted] can withdraw his complaint and I will credit the invoice in full and have no further dealings with him.
