In response to complaint filedThe patient was seen in our office on 4/2/We filed to his insurance and they paid for the procedure, but denied the anesthesiaThat left a balance on his account that he was responsible forWe sent several monthly statements to him (20), after those were
ignored; we sent collection letters dated 9/2/14, 10/27/and the final one on 1/21/We received no response, so we sent his account to a Collection agency,He did contact our office on 7/22/at which time we explained the balance on his accountHe said he was going to contact his insurance company and that was our last communication.We will not be refunding any of the monies.We would like to be notified of the outcome of this complaintWe feel it is undeservedIf you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me
