Review: Greater Metropolitan Appliance came to our home to fix an LG frontload washing machine. After 2 visits and over $400 in payment the machine was never fixed. Moreover on the second attempt to fix the machine, we waited 2 days at home for his arrival. He arrived at 10 p.m. unannounced on the second day to fix the machine, charged us $205.31 and the machine was not repaired. [redacted], the technician and presumed owner of the business, agreed to reimburse us for the second visit totaling $205.31. This has still not occurred. I have tried on several occasions to call the company and no one picks up the phone. My husband and I have decided to purchase a new machine.Desired Settlement: At this point the company should repay us for all our expenses for both visits totaling $435.09.
