Greater Mobile Urgent Care

Usually when I visit Urgent Care on Schillinger and Cottage hill rd I receive great careOn January between 1:03-2:I did not receive the best care that I know they are capable of givingIn resent visits I have been tested and taken care of swiftly But that is not the case on said dateI waited in the lobby for minutes (which I understood because it was so busy) than I was called to the back where I waited minutes for a man to come in, take my temperature and blood pressure, get all my answers than leave as fast as he couldI then waited minutes because the pregnant woman who waited so long to come in was in desks outside my room conversing about her and others pregnancy finally only came to listen to my breatheing and leaveFinally after another minutes Dr[redacted] (I believe) came in to tell me about my cold that I already knew I hadI was never tested, or really talked to or taken care of by anyoneI was given medicine and it has done nothing but cure my runny nose (barley).I don't know if it was the people working or what but The odds that I will ever return are rare and I will make sure my friends and family will never use said Urgent CareIn resent visits I thuroughly enjoyed my visitsThis time sucked hard

Usually when I visit Urgent Care on Schillinger and Cottage hill rd I receive great care. On January 26 between 1:03-2:45 I did not receive the best care that I know they are capable of giving. In resent visits I have been tested and taken care of swiftly. But that is not the case on said date. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes (which I understood because it was so busy) than I was called to the back where I waited 10 minutes for a man to come in, take my temperature and blood pressure, get all my answers than leave as fast as he could. I then waited 35 minutes because the pregnant woman who waited so long to come in was in desks outside my room conversing about her and others pregnancy finally only came to listen to my breatheing and leave. Finally after another 10 minutes Dr.[redacted] (I believe) came in to tell me about my cold that I already knew I had. I was never tested, or really talked to or taken care of by anyone. I was given medicine and it has done nothing but cure my runny nose (barley).I don't know if it was the people working or what but The odds that I will ever return are rare and I will make sure my friends and family will never use said Urgent Care.
