Review: [redacted], Illegal repo my car I paid 2450.00 on October 3, 2013 to bring payments current, at that time Ms. [redacted] advised me that she wanted to install an GPS device in car, I stated that I was looking in to trading the car in with in the next two weeks. Ms. [redacted] stated that will be fine. Per my conversation on On October 15, 2013 I called Ms. [redacted] about installing GPS device, but the car was not in my possion my husband was held up @ gun point. I told Ms [redacted] were the car was and that once the police release my car I'll call her. Well Ms [redacted] called A1towing service and sent out a stop release on my 2012 Dodge Changller. Upon arrival at A 1 towing I was told that I cannot pick up car. I then called Ms. [redacted] to ask what was going on she stated that It would be in the credit union best interesed to pick up car. I then said to Ms [redacted] were is my monies I paid earlier on Oct 3 to stop repo on my vechile you have no right to take my car and payments were up to date. She stated that my monies were not applied on car it went to saving account. I asked why my payment was not applied, Ms. [redacted] resopnd oh until the GPS device was install the monies was going to stay in saving account. I called her per our arrangments I spoke to Ms. [redacted] once Oct 10,2013 telling her I will be in touch no later than Tuesday to install GPS device, which I did so. My thing is if Ms. [redacted] wanted the car that bad so be it but to steal my monies to bring car current was a true sacrifice. My car was current and Ms. [redacted] had no reason to repo my car this was an illegal process And I want justice to be serve, Im with no car monies are no accounted for upon calling GNO I was told there was no monies in my account also this is an joint account with [redacted] his name was on the saving not mine. That was strange butDesired Settlement: Refund my 2450.00 my car was paid up to date this was an illegal repossion.
