This letter is in regards to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] We at Double Bee pride ourselves in our product and our service after the sale. At times our customers confuse the lifetime material warranty. This warranty (which I have attached with this letter) covers rot and termite...
infestation, none of which has occurred. Double Bee Fence has gone above and beyond in trying to make sure the customer's complaints have been answered. On the following dates, we dispatched a crew to try and help, at no charge: On 6-13-2013, we constructed a fence located at [redacted] We returned on 6-16-2015 and replaced the gate latch that had been bent due to the gate slamming shut. On 9-16-2015, we replaced the entire gate to try to satisfy the customers concerns. On 10-27-2015, we replaced one board that had minor warpage. On 3-16-20 16, we again stopped by to re-foot a post, and again on 4-15-2016 to service concerns of the customer. Of all of these issues, none fell under the Manufacturer's Warranty, most were caused by wind damage. In closing, I feel we at Double Bee Fence have gone the extra mile to assure the customer's satisfaction. Any future maintenance calls, unless it is a warranty issue, will be charged at our normal repair rate.Very truly yours, Bill [redacted]
