Dear [redacted] ***: [redacted] was a seller residing in Taxas, in a transaction which we conducted in Pennsylvania.He was sent documents to sign and return to us along with a check for his portion of the transaction.He claimed we received a check, which we did not and contacted him regarding the missing check.He became indignant on the telephone to my associate claiming we had lost it, which we did not.after consultation with our Attorneys, we informed [redacted] that we would persue legal action if he did not send his check to pay for his cost with regard to payoff amounts and associated fees We made every attempt to convince him that we did not receive his funds and even contacted the bank he drew his money order on in Texas but he insisted we had it ,which we did not We verified that it was never cashed or deposited .He finally did send it to us sometime later.Thanks youTom C [redacted] Greater Pennsylvania Abstract Company
