Review: Greater Pittsburgh Police FCU was notified via mail that my address changed to [redacted] (new address). Clearly they received this mail due to the fact that I also included a $1 deposit in it which was credited to my account. Despite this, they continued to send mail to [redacted] (old address). As a result, I was not notified until recently that my account had been assessed a $5 dormant fee and was closed. They then sent a check to my old address. I do not understand why they did not update my mailing address for my account.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a check for $5 as a refund. I would also like for my account to remain closed as I no longer wish to do business with them.
