Greater South Milwaukee Roofing & Gutter

Greater South Milwaukee Roofing & Gutter Co. (GSMR) started a siding job on my house at on July 6, 2015. On July 22nd came to collect payment for the job. Before payment was made there was discussion between myself, my husband and John from GSMR regarding and issue with the siding on the south east side of the house. There was a large gap between the siding and the cap (I am not sure of the terminology). John from GSMR mentioned that he noticed that gap and would fix it on Saturday, which would have been July 25th, 2015. We also discussed an extension for the downspout which he also mentioned that he had and would take care of on Saturday. I also asked about what to do if we have a problem, John from Greater South Milwaukee Roofing & Gutter Co. said "just give me a call". After several unanswered phone calls, since August I have decided that I would put my request in writing. I have not heard back since. The signed contract does say 5 year guarantee on workmanship. This company refuses to call back.

Review: I hire greater south Milwaukee on 10/07/2013 to do my homes roof gutters and siding.The contract was for 13000. I PAID 12300 and balance due in payments upon completion. the job still is not done.I have a bubble in the roof ,I leaking problem caused mold in a bedroom and damage to the mattress leaking through the ceil the down spouts where cut to short so they pieced two pieces together , that is not acceptable. very poor clean up never finished calking its a mess they broke all my window well covers and said they would be back. never seen them again. they returned one call, and since them refuse to talk or even answer my call. hang ups by his wife. very cheap material used not what I paid for. very poor ventalationDesired Settlement: iwould like this job complete in a proper way to my satisfaction
