This customer had new flooring and kitchen cabinetsAs you can see by the date, this occurred the week of the hurricane Unfortunately both flooring and cabinets had to come thru Houston and the flooding in Houston delayed both productsThe flooring was completed one week ago to the clients satisfaction and the kitchen cabinets will be installed the second week of October Also the cabinets were special order because they were a new line of product thru our supplier

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Harvey is the perfect scapegoat. The following illustrate: 1- was Harvey responsible when *** *** specifically said it would not effect the project when asked that at the contract signing; even if the flooring came through Houston, was Harvey responsible for not ordering the key starting piece for the floor install--the nosing piece-- or having the flooring delivered on Sep, the nosing piece on Sep and the floor not worked on until Sep and not almost finished until SepAs of Oct, the floor is not finished. As an aside I made special arrangements for the house to be available while we left town for a week--thru Sep--and virtually nothing was accomplished;was Harvey responsible when *** ***, when told we would be out of town from thru Sep, stated specifically that this absence would not be a problem because the entire project would be finished before we departed;is Harvey responsible for the fact that not one of the workers on this project has ever shown up to work when they said they would--waiting times have been anywhere from minutes late to hours late or not showing at all;is Harvey responsible for no action or contact for days at a time--days waiting for the nosing piece, additional days of no action while we were out of town, nothing at all on Sep, Sep and no response to numerous telephone inquiries, at east calls to *** *** were ignored.Yes, I reject the response and request the Revdex.com proceed with whatever action is possible to expeditiously complete this project. GTR says the project will be finished by the end of the second week of October. That may be difficult as I send this on Oct with no new cabinets in sight, additional removal of old cabinets required and numerous details still outstanding. Given the first promise of completion, why should I expect this to happen?
Regards,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: there is nothing in the response that has not been said constantly and consistently for the entire month of October. Despite a long and thoughtful meeting with the foreman about the need for greater communication in terms of frequency and clarity and a promise of telephone response by noon on Oct, the foreman did not communicate until morning of the following day. And that response was--maybe, hopefully, perhaps we might see a partial shipment of the cabinets sometime later this week, possibly. I REJECT the answer as non-responsive, incomplete, disrespectful and insulting. What I require is some action--delivery and install at some priority, and some indication that the Revdex.com is doing more than acting as a middleman mail delivery service
