We don't quote any pricing over the phone because we don't know the situation we are quotingWe don't warranty main drains if there are roots in the line because it will get clogged again so we will refund her the because we are an honorable company
The statement from the merchant is a complete lie. I have a credit card bill from the merchant, and I was emailed a receipt from this merchant with the same exact address and phone
number. This charge is from this merchant. A complaint has also been submitted to the Indiana Attorney General about this matter

And an "honorable" company would have taken care of this the first three times that I was promised it would be taken care of. ALL of your other competitors can quote cleaning a main drain line over the phone--a main drain line is about the same as any other main drain line. AND your competitors all offer a warranty. If you cannot offer a warranty, then that means you don't trust your own work.
