This matter has been temporarily resolved with the customer.

Review: We selected, ordered and paid for furniture on January 31, 2015. We were told the furniture would be delivered "in March". There was no furniture delivered, and no contact from this store through the end of March. We began calling the store starting in April. Each phone call was directed to a representative named [redacted] and resulted in a new excuse for why we have not received the furniture. We returned to the store in person on May 2, 2015. The salesman on site would only repeat "There's nothing I can do. You have to talk to [redacted]". We finally got the salesman to give us the phone number of an "owner" named [redacted] who we called on the spot. [redacted] assured us he would find out about our order and call me on Monday at 3:00 pm. He never called. When I tried to call him, I got another person who told me Monday is [redacted] day off and "there's nothing I can do".Desired Settlement: We want the furniture we ordered and paid for. If the furniture cannot be delivered, then we want a full refund.
