Review: I ordered a set of Harry Potter books from Great Look Prices on 3/**/15 and have still not received the books. I cannot find a phone number for this company, so I have sent a number of messages through the company's website. I have had responses to those messages, however, they keep saying my order will be delivered and I still have not received it. I sent a message 4/* asking for status and was told it would be delivered the following week. I have not yet received it. I sent another message over the weekend and was told it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. I keep asking for the tracking # and method of shipment and they will not respond to that question.Desired Settlement: I would like to know how my order was shipped and obtain a tracking #. I would like to receive my books!

Your order will be delivered this week.
