Dear Revdex.com, This customer has insulted my customer service team, harrased us online, filed a complaint with you and a FB fraud page all because he received the wrong tracking number on his order! We have fully refunded his money already and we have been in contact with him via our online chat at
*** and emailIt's true we do not have a phone number that customers can call us on but we do pride ourselves in being a progressive digitally native brand and find that most of our customers prefer to communicate with us this wayBecause of that we made a business decision to not have a customer service phone numberThat said, we have gone above and beyond trying to accommodate this customerHis order was placed on 3/* and we refunded his money on 3/** although it takes a few days for it to hit his accountWe are built on Shopify and this is there policy not oursIn regards to the incorrect *** tracking number he received, our 3rd party logistics service, Shipwire, made a mistake at the warehouse on a few packages that day, this being one of them. WRONG TRACKING NUMBER????I repeated the tracking number provided on every correspondence with this company and every time I was told it was the correct number!*** has stated multiple times that this is not a package for me and further that greats created a label for me and NEVER MAILED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!As of today STILL NO REFUND!!

SCAM! Charged my card and never shipped anything to me.Provided me with someone else's tracking.Refuse to provide a number!

Review: Purchased 4 pair of shoes from Company. One pair was defective. I asked Company for exchange of defective pair - they appear unwilling to process an exchange or provide info on how I can exchange with them. They also will not call me to discuss the issue as I have requested. They also do no have a phone number listed to reach them during the week and will not provide a number. .Desired Settlement: exchange

Review: I ordered two pairs of shoes from Greats Brand on December **, 2014 for a total of $139.00. According to the FAQ on the website (available at [redacted]), there is the following information regarding delivery timing: "How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver? (Preorder excluded) products should arrive at your door within 7 business days. If you choose and expedited shipping method, it will be there sooner."

I received a confirmation email on December **, 2014, with the following: "Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your Tracking Number." After more than 15 business days, I have not yet received tracking information or the product, nor have I received any further email correspondence from the company. In the meantime, I have attempted to contact the company via [redacted] and email multiple times. I received one response on [redacted], indicating that I should email [redacted]. I sent emails to Greats Brand inquiring about my order on January [redacted], and *, 2015, without response. Note that this company does not post a phone number on its website.

Now I am contacting Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like my paid-for shoes to be delivered. I would also like an apology from the company and for the company to correct its website claims of delivery timing. The company should maintain better lines of communication with its customers if it seeks to succeed. I would have been completely happy with an email saying that they were behind on delivery times, but instead there were no emails or communications at all!

Review: * Greats Brand advertises free returns/exchanges within 21 days.* According to Greats Brand's "Terms and Conditions":"We offer FREE ground shipping for all returns and exchanges...as long as you use the pre-printed UPS return label enclosed with your order."* According to an e-mail I received from Greats Brand:"The following items were included in this shipment:1 x The Royale - Chocolate White 10 (GRWC430)1 x Outer carton sticker (BoxSticker)"* There was no return label in my package.* I contacted Greats Brand via their "Contact Us" form on their website on Saturday, April **, 2014 and again via their "Returns" form on their website on Monday, April **, 2014. I've also contacted them twice via their Twitter account.* Greats has no customer service telephone number.* I have received no response from Greats Brand.* Greats has retweeted messages on their Twitter account so it is obvious they read their feed; they must have seen my Tweet asking them for a customer service telephone number* Other customers on their Facebook page are having the same issue I am having.* Since Greats only grants 21 days to return/exchange orders (instead of the standard 30 days) and due to their lack of communication (despite multiple tries from various customers) I'm afraid my 21 days will run out and I will be stuck with shoes I cannot wear.Desired Settlement: Greats Brand needs to provide me with a return label since they didn't include one in my order. Then they need to refund me the full amount of $106.00 - the full price of my shoes plus the shipping I paid for.
