Review: I ordered a bouquet of 17 purple tulips to be delivered. The order was over the phone and the client asked me to email him the wording for the card (which they got right). The order came and there were 8 closed purple tulips and 8 red roses and lots of filler. I contacted the company immediately via phone and email several times to remedy this and requested a refund and have received no response at all.Desired Settlement: Refund for the amount purchased.
