Can't believe they didn't notice mouse droppings around the basement, And they did not notice the rot around the front door (door was hard to open)seemed to ignore that,and that the Furnace had no emergency shut offs. So after I purchased the house and $10,000 later. I would not recommend Greco inspections.

Absolutely terrible, they inspected my home and gave me no indication that the plumbing was severely out of whack in my master bedroom. Now I have to pay a plumber several thousand dollars to fix this issue and in the process rip through my finished bathroom shower tiles.
