Greco Irrigation

Total horror show agreeded to do a job with sprinklers and Christmas lights. Agreed to his prices and never showed to do either... jimmy G[redacted] is the owner total head up his [redacted] owner. Stay clear away from him

Review: I have made numerous attempts to Greco irrigation in reference to damage they caused while repairing the sprinkler system. Due to lack of thoroughly checking their repairs

This caused a undermined leak under the pool which pushed out sand and caused a 3 ft wide 6-7 inch deep ditch in our brand new pool. As we speak the liner is stretching

And need to be drained , filled and put back in place . The original estimate was to put in 3 new sprinkler head 2 in back yard and 1 in front in addition they would test the system and reset the box to make sure job was done correctly. The 1st time Greco came to service our sprinklers they finished and came to door said everything was working and was repaired

7/**/15. To find out when the system ran there was no connection to the front only 2 sprinkler heads were put in. We called Greco we spoke to the secretary she said she will notify the boss Jim.. We received no call back then we called and they said would come and fix it I was not home the whole time this repair was done no one came to our door and no one left a receipt. They needed connect rear to front

My husband came home again to find out now there is no pressure in the back and very little in the front. Again we called Greco no we had to continue to call till we received a call back

The boss himself said he would come to fix this time. I advised them I would not be home until after 1 pm

We received a confirmation voicemail that he would be there after one took look and we could discuss

At this point the leak near a hose by the pool caused the damage

They came before 1 when I was not home no phone call

To finally have them call me the next day and say oh yeah we were there and fixed the problem which was a line under the pool

If they would have tested it from day one as promised during estimate this could have all been avoided and even the 2nd visit of was tested they would have noticed there wasn't proper pressure and repair it like they did after the damage was done. They are now trying to blame the pool installers which have nothing to do with sprinklers

They are the professionals and if wasn't handle so improperly and fulfilled there job this would have been avoided. It was carelessness on their part and failure to answer our numerous calls are unacceptable. I have all the dates and times of my calls and also voicemail recordings from the company directly

My next action is to take them to small claims courtDesired Settlement: To pay $475 repair bill to have the damage Greco has caused to my pool for the carelessness and u professionalism by there entire company. If this is not done we will take further action

We have a terrible experience in trying to have our sprinklers shut for the winter. They didn't show up for the first appointment, then tried to say we weren't home. Not only were we home, the door was wide open because we were having flooring done that day. We made a second appointment for 1-3 pm with instructions to call before coming. They showed up at 9 AM, acting belligerently for no reason and then making shocking, racist remarks. When I called to complain about the particular worker, we were cursed out and hung up on! I lived for years in the South and never had such a horrible experience of overt racism.
