Review: Failure to complete job to satisfaction. Unprofessional in lack of response and responsibility. Failure to remedy problem or even discuss it. Threatening in response to request for resolution.Desired Settlement: Our first attempt was to have him repaint only a certain area of the house where that paint was failing. His adversarial nature had lead us to not want him to come back to our home. Now seeking damages to have someone else come and remedy the problem. Want a refund of a portion of the money we paid him.

In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint I must first state that even though I was strongly cautioned against working for him by 2 other disinterested parties I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. On the 1st day of this project Mr. [redacted] himself stated to me that he is difficult to work for due to the nature of his own work in which oftentimes customers are dissatisfied with his product. From that point on I knew this was going to be trouble. After consulting with my crew and letting them know the conditions in which we were working, we decided to go ahead and do the best work we could. We even changed a high floodlight bulb and painted extra unquoted areas.
