cap and the photo albums the customer service representative said your order has been shipped No mention minus the photo albums and I never received an email I received the baseball cap and an invoice was in box showing no photo albums/disI then went on the website and called the office and left a message The albums were on the website for and no longer was the book on website for I just feel that it was not proper advertising NO contact to me and the customer service agent never mentioned no photo albums It is worse than bate and switch as I received nothing and no correspondence

We have reviewed the complaint by [redacted].  She has been in contact with us directly as well.  We have an order in our system associated with her email account.  It is our order number [redacted].  We do have noted in the order that she called us after receiving the email...

confirmation.  It looks like there are two [redacted]'s that both work for the VA (her and the one that placed an order with us from Tennessee).That email address has been unsubscribed from any lists of customers we have.  We did another search just to be certain.

Good Afternoon,I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] against our company Express Design Group, Inc.  Ms. [redacted] placed an order on our website, www.greekgear.com.  I am attaching a copy of the order, as well as the email correspondence received and a copy of the...

online chat between Ms. [redacted] and our customer service manager, [redacted].  I am confused by the complaint for a variety of reasons.  I have spoken with each of the customer service representatives here and none of them ever spoke with Ms. [redacted].  The first time we heard from her was AFTER the order shipped.  She replied to the tracking email which she received from us.  This email shows the tracking number for the order after it left our facility.  In order to cancel the order or change the shipping she would have needed to contact us before the order ships.  When placing an order on the website, it does show the shipping amount.  Then upon placing the order, an order confirmation email is sent which serves as the invoice and shows the shipping amount as well.  The third time we sent a copy of the order is after the order has shipped which is the email she responded to.  Our customer service manager contacted Ms. [redacted] to let her know that she would be happy to credit back half of the cost of the shipping.  Ms. [redacted] also claims she did not receive the package the next day even though UPS states they delivered the package the very next day.  Our customer service manager called to discuss the issues with the customer.  I too, called and left a message asking Ms. [redacted] to call me back.  She never returned any of our calls or our attempts to resolve the issues.  We have no idea why she believes this is a Canadian company.  If you google the company name, it shows that we are located in Illinois.  I even researched our company on the Revdex.com website and that shows our address in Freeburg, Illinois.  She claims that she called many times, but she must not have left any messages.  We have checked the voicemail and call logs and have no record.  We do our best to be upfront with our customers in what the costs are.  Finally, I am confused by the filing of this complaint as not only did we credit half of the shipping cost, but we credited THE ENTIRE ORDER.  We did not ask for the item purchased to be returned.  I cannot figure out how things escalated the way that they did.  I feel we have resolved this issue in more than a satisfactory manner.[redacted]Chief Financial OfficerExpress Design Group, Inc.P: [redacted]F: [redacted]www.inarush.com
