Greek House Gifts

We ordered and paid for a shirt on December 11, 2013. We were told the shirt would be a "rush" order so it could be delivered before Christmas since it was to become a Christmas gift. Not only did the shirt not arrive before Christmas, it still has not arrived to this day. We have returned to the store three times since the original order date to inquire about the problem, and have been told on two occasions the order was placed and there was no information available why it was not completed and shipped. On both those occasions, we were told by the Owner she would ask to have the original order "rushed" again for processing and delivery. Yesterday, February 10th, on the third attempt to address the issue, I went to the store to talk to the Owner. She was not in the store or on the premises even though the business was "open". No one was in the store even though the door was unlocked and open for entry. I waited for 10 minutes and then left. Over these past two months, we have also tried contacting the Owner at least six times both through the business telephone number and her personal cell phone number, but have only received one response from her. That response indicated she would follow up with the vendor and "rush" the order again. Ultimately, she does not respond to either telephone calls nor to personal discussions professionally. I do not trust her business checks would process without problems, so I will not accept a business check. We have a copy of the transaction for proof if needed.Business Response This special order has still not arrived from the vendor so a money order for the above amount was sent to the consumer's home address in replace of the item. We are sorry for the delay with the item and from previous special orders, this occurance is extremely rare.
