On 6-15-I went to the Ugly Duck to see about purchasing a bathroom vanity I was told by Quentin that they had just marked down a set of bathroom pieces because of the color and that they were not going to carry that color any longer and therefore they were being marked down on a blowout saleI came back that evening to pick up the two pieces, the vanity and a tower that I had bought When I got them home and opened the boxes they smelled of mold, didn't have all the parts to put them together, the wood is splitting, the laminate is bubbling, and the pieces are so warped they did not fit together I called the Ugly Duck and told Quentin what was going on On 6-20-When I brought in the piece to show Quentin, all he could say is that "It was on blowout" and that there was nothing he could doI told him that my receipt does not say you can't bring back an item if it's on a blow outHe went to the back to find odd parts for the vanity and said this is all that he could do an

I visited the ugly duck on sat, April, 23rdI purchased 10- ft lengths of oak trimI asked to have them cut to reduce wasteI wanted them cut into two ft lengths, making 8ft piecesThe very old man proceeded to cut them 4ft in and 11ft inWhen I asked him what he was doing, and that he had cut them wrongHe yelled at me "take your *** *** *** and get out of hereThis wood has been paid for in full.a nd I hsve nothing
