I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
  This owner of the company is a joke yes AHS paid for the garage door and they themselves said if we had to openers we were to get two openers. When a broken item is replaced it is to be replaced with the same,like items as before the item was broke. The garage door is more than missing a bolt the other bolt is also lose and on the last thread , the door slams down and when opened/closed it jerks shakes and makes all kinds of noise. The owner has not been very pleasant to deal with. And yes we will seek legal action if some one or something is hurt by this door because of poor workmanship, poor workmanship has nothing to do with AHS it is on the garage door company. We need someone there this Saturday [redacted]  to fix the door, that is the only time someone will be there.  Poor workmanship is on the company not the warranty company. Thank you

In order to properly address the problem we need to understand she has a contract with [redacted].  I can't tell anyone to cancel a call they have placed with their company.  We are bound by a contract with them also.  After our inspection, the technician determined the door...

would need to be repaired  before we could make sure the operator would work right.  The door is not covered by the policy she has so we would need to repair it as a non-covered service call.  We are not allowed to do that while on an [redacted] call.  We can't do both jobs at the same time according to the rules we have to follow.  Our technician tried to explain I would have to call her with a quote.  She became upset and refused to listen to the fact he had to leave and we would come back.  Unfortunately, she became more upset at this and became rude and abusive in the way she talked to him.  He was on the phone to the office by this time and our office manager heard the yelling.  He told her that the woman was standing in the doorway and wouldn't let him out  He finally had to tell the woman he had to go to the vehicle to get some tools just so he could get away.  He then drove away and called the office again.  He said if we went back there he would refuse to go.  She called the office and was told she really needed to call [redacted] with her complaint because they are involved in her service too.  Again, she got upset and became just as rude and abusive as with the technician and was hung up on.  We have no intention of reimbursing or compensating her in any way.  She may find remedy with [redacted] but there is nothing for her here.
