Mr *** came to Greeley Nissan on 11/3/and met with me(Chad S***)I spoke to him about his concernsI took his vehicle from him and gave him something to drive while we could look over the vehicle and come to a resolutionI contacted Mr*** on 11/8/to come pick up his
vehicleWe fixed the door panels, a trim piece and a speakerThen we buffed a the scratches he had pointed out to meThere was no charge to Mr*** for the repairsI apologized for the communication breakdown at the dealership and he was very happy when he left

I am rejecting this response because:Greeley Nissan states that they obtained their data on my vehicle from the state of Colorado department of motor vehicles. Yes the state has my vehicle information, but not how I paid for it. That is where Greeley Nissan (just like [redacted] in Longmont) create a false phishing form stating that their records show my timely payment history (I never made payments, I just purchased it) qualifies to terminate my loan or lease early. Again, I did not lease the vehicle or make loan payments on it, and that information would not be part of state motor vehicle records, so Greeley Nissan made up that part, and that is falsification.

We have reached out to the customer and let him know that it was a mistake. We have taken him out of our customer data base in the past.  We have done mailers between 2015 and now using our data base.  In this case our mail company used part of our data base and part of theirs.  It...

just so happened the [redacted] was in there data base and he received a mailer from us.  I let him know that he was no longer in our data base and would not be getting any more of our mail.
