The check was supposedly dropped off at the office after the manager had gone for the dayThere is no mail slot, nor space under the door to slip a check or mail underneath.
The credit union which I do my banking will not stop payment on a check unless it is lost or stolenSince the owner said he placed the check, at the office, I, therefore, could put a stop payment on it based on it being lost, which I did.
If there was a check involved, where did he get that I wanted to receive their product FREE?
I have a very poor opinion of how this company manages its businessI'm not bitter, but it has left me with a poor opinion and desire to distance myself from it and any more like it.
Thank you for your interest in this matterI now consider it all in, the past and will continue to carry the stop payment on my check for may months to come.
