Review: Company claimed to have performed lawn service on July 2nd 2014. The service was not done or was done so poorly that it looked like it had not been done. My wife [redacted], the account holder, contacted the company via mail stating we would not pay the bill unless they corrected the poor lawn service. Green-A-Lawn then sent another bill without correcting the issue. We notified them we would not pay for the last service which was not performed correctly and to cancel our account and they turned our account over to a collection agency.Desired Settlement: Not necessarily a refund but a credit for the bill and not to be contacted again.
Mr [redacted] story changes every time it is told. Our records indicate that mr [redacted] original complaint was weeds in his lawn.This is not unusual and our service includes FREE service calls to treat weed problems between services. Mr [redacted] was not interested in a Free service call and only wanted to cancel his service, which we did. He then stated that he would not pay for the previous service done. This is not how we operate ie, all service performed are billable and subject to collection. Mr[redacted] never mentioned that the service was not done. He has changed his story since his original phone conversation to get out of paying for his last service.
